2、和主编、制片相互配合完善剧本为可拍摄剧本。

岗位要求：
1、有独立剧本创作且完成2本及以上经验
2、擅长大女主人设，台词设计功底好
3、洞彻欧美本土文化、狼人、吸血鬼题材加分
4、聪明灵活、阅片量大、肯思考能配合，执行力强优先。

- Independently produce paid short drama scripts that are suitable for the European and American markets, including character design, outline, details, and script text
- Collaborate with the editor in chief and the production team to improve the script for shooting.
- Complete all creative requirements arranged by superiors.
Job requirements: - Having independent script writing experience and completing 2 or more books
- Proficient in setting up a female protagonist, with a strong foundation in dialogue design
- Insight into local European and American cultures, werewolf and vampire themes, bonus points
- Smart and flexible, with a large amount of film reading, willing to think and cooperate, and strong execution ability as a priority.

招聘:海外短视推广专员
Recruitment: Overseas short drama promotion
1、负责公司短剧在主流海外平台（包括但不限于Facebook, Google, TikTok）的投放工作，对投放效果负责；
2、不同地区、目标用户画像制定不同的投放策略，并进行数据跟踪、分析和总结；
3、根据数据反馈，不断优化投放策略，提升投放效果；
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，1年以上海外投放经验，投放大消耗或短剧海外投放工作经验优先；
2、对媒体渠道的特性和投放系统具有深度认知，能提供不同维度的分析报告；
3、较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据定位问题；
4、对短剧内容敏感，了解当下流行的爆款素材走向，能够制定广告文案和投放素材创意需求；
5、具备良好的工作态度，较强的执行能力和团队合作能力。
- Responsible for the placement of the company’s short dramas on mainstream overseas platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, TikTok), and responsible for the effectiveness of the placement;
- Develop different advertising strategies for different regions and target user profiles, and conduct data tracking, analysis, and summary;
- Based on data feedback, continuously optimize advertising strategies and improve advertising effectiveness;
Job requirements: - College degree or above, with at least 1 year of overseas advertising experience. Priority given to overseas advertising experience in investment amplification, consumption, or short drama;
- Having a deep understanding of the characteristics of media channels and delivery systems, and being able to provide analysis reports from different dimensions;
- Strong data analysis ability, able to locate problems through data;
- Sensitive to the content of short dramas, familiar with the current trend of popular materials, able to develop advertising copy and creative requirements for advertising materials;
- Have a good work attitude, strong execution ability, and teamwork ability.
